We guarantee privacy. We do not release the information provided to anyone, anytime, anywhere.
Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.
The Information We Collect
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the LuxGiv.com website. On our pages, you can place an order, and register to receive gifts. You can also give gifts and invite people to events. You give us this information at your sole discretion. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

How We Use Information
LuxGiv uses the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We will save your contact information as well as billing information only if you request it, upon completing the order and then registering. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your orders.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. E-mails are personalized automatically on our system, but that does not indicate that we are sharing any information not already provided to us by a LuxGiv.com member.
We may use "cookies" to prevent you from having to re-register or sign in every time you come to LuxGiv.com. Cookies are text files placed on your hard disk by our web server to store your preferences. Cookies, by themselves, do not contain your e-mail address or other personal information. However, once you choose to provide the personal information, this information may be linked to the data stored in the cookie. You can opt to have your browser reject cookies. If you do that, you may need to re-register with us every time you visit our Site. Companies that may advertise on our Site (and their agents) might use their own cookies. This Privacy Policy does not cover how these companies use their cookies.
If you have invited friends, family or associates to view your LuxList or an invitation to a LuxEvent, we will ask them if they would like to join LuxGiv.com to create their own Luxlists. We will not solicit them if they opt out after responding to whatever e-mail that you send out to them. LuxGiv will not permit you to spam anyone at any time, as outlined in the terms and conditions.
You can register with our website if you would like to receive updates on our new products and services or our monthly newsletter. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out a registration form.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses. The ability to opt-out, along with other security measures LuxGiv.com has taken are all done in order to ensure that LuxGiv.com is compliant with the Can-SPAM Act of 2003.
Our Commitment To Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We will encrypt any credit card information given to us. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. We save this information only if you request it be saved to your password protected account. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online on your "Account Overview" page.
To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
